- We are not responsible for third-party billboard owner actions
6. Intellectual Property
You retain rights to your advertising content. By using our services, you grant us license to display and reproduce your content for campaign purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
OOHADA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific campaign.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to services for violations of these terms or for any reason with notice.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
